📦 1. Order Processing Time
- All fresh tofu orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🚚 2. Shipping Areas
- We currently ship to selected cities in North India including Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab.
- Delivery availability depends on the location and quantity of the order.
- For bulk or B2B orders, we can arrange transport across other states — please contact us directly.
📦 3. Delivery Time
- Local deliveries (within Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR): 1–2 days
- Nearby states: 2–4 business days
- Delivery time may vary based on distance and courier availability.
❄️ 4. Packaging & Product Safety
- All tofu products are vacuum packed and delivered in insulated packaging (if needed) to maintain freshness.
- We recommend refrigerating the tofu immediately upon delivery.
💰 5. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery may be available on select orders or offers.
- Standard shipping charges apply based on distance, order size, and urgency.
- Bulk orders may include separate transport charges (to be discussed at the time of order).
