Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at naturetofu@gmail.com or calling +91 9811899713.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
Refund requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
For eligible cases, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Return Process

Once approved, you will be guided to ship the product back to our address.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Perishable food items once opened or used are not eligible for return/refund.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
