🛒 1. Orders & Pricing

All prices include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or through online inquiry.
Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

🚚 2. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Delivery available in select regions; timelines may vary.
Free delivery applies on orders above the specified value.
Delivery charges may apply on bulk or outstation orders.

❄️ 3. Storage & Shelf Life

Tofu must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery (0–5°C).
Shelf life: 3–5 days from manufacturing when stored properly.
Nature Tofu is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.

💳 4. Payments

Accepted modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD in select areas).
Advance payment may be required for bulk orders.

🔁 5. Returns & Refunds

Due to tofu’s perishable nature, returns are not accepted.
If the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, report within 6 hours of delivery with photos.
Refunds/replacements are processed only after verification.

🎁 6. Offers & Coupons

Only one coupon can be used per order unless specified.
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
Coupons must be applied during order placement.
Nature Tofu reserves the right to modify/cancel offers anytime.
